Desicion Report for INFERRED ENTITY INSTANCE RULES WSDL Responce(SOAP)

I am getting decision Report(Detailed Responce) for every error(rule error) in OPA WSDL Responce(SOAP) according to request(SOAP) to OPA Rules. But i am not getting Desicion Report for INFERRED ENTITY INSTANCE RULES. i am just getting output(identifying values) for that INFERRED ENTITY INSTANCE RULES(Conditions) and not getting detailed responce. If i get detailed Responce for that INFERRED ENTITY INSTANCE RULES, i can parse data to OSC Database. So, should we give any kind of WSDL Input Structure specific to INFERRED ENTITY INSTANCE RULES to get Desicion Report(Detailed Responce)? PFA and in Files Section for more Information on this scenario. Any Information  on this will be very helpful.
