Summary: Does Reassign of a Requisition Approval Notification transfer Approval Limit ?

Example:

Requisition is submitted for approval to Approver 1

Approver 1 does not have the Approval Limit, so Notification goes up the Approval Hierarchy to Approver 2 who has the Approval Limit for the Req Amount

Approver 2 REASSIGNS (Not Delegate) the Notification back to Approver 1

Approver 1 is then able to click the Reassigned Notification to get the Requisition to Approved status.

Is that intended functionality ?

Our understanding is that Approver 1 should not be able to get the Requisition approved from a REASSIGNED Notification.
