How can HDL be excluded from a Job Requisition AutoComplete rule?

Summary:

We currently have a field validation rule for Business Object = Job Requisition, but the error message is being triggered by an HDL upload. Is it possible to add a condition to prevent HDLs from triggering this AutoComplete's error message? I've used HCM Params 'isHDLWorker' in a condition for a Worker Assignment AutoComplete rule, but I'm not sure if there's an equivalent for Job Requisition.
