Add Reporting Estalishment as a field on Requisitions

We want to add the field Reporting Establishment on our requisitions, similar to the way Business Unit and other org structure fields are. We want to be able to configure approvals for Reqs and also report on this field at the Req level. Currently we are only able to see this field in the Assignment section of the Offer. We tried to expose it through Page Composer and Design Studio but no luck. Has anyone found a way to do this? Thank you!
