Request for Assistance with Keyword Contains Match in Eloqua

Hello,
I have a list of approximately 5,000 keywords. When data is received in the Eloqua contact field named 'Title', I need to check if it contains any of these keywords. If a match is found, I need to update a field in the contact with a custom value. How can I accomplish this in Eloqua?

I know how to achieve this with an exact match, but I am trying to perform a contains match instead.
