Hi,

I am working on implementing Proactive Chat using Engagement Engine. The chat invitation needs to be displayed when a user views the page for more than 10 seconds.

In the rule, in order to display Proactive chat, Widget ID needs to be provided. Could you please help me to figure out the value for this field and from where to find it? Please find the details of the rule below:

 

Rule Name: Test Site Rule

Rule Evaluation Cycle : Once every page load

Condition: Date/Time: Time On Page greater than 10 seconds

Success Actions: There are two success actions.

1. Custom JavaScript: Run custom JavaScript
