How Default Job Offer field values from associated Job Requisition?

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have the same requirement where I have to Default Job Offer assignment DFF field values from the associated Job Requisition DFF field values

I have created 2 DFF fields in the Job requisition under the Details section

Dff Name: Functionn and Sub Function

I have created another 2 same fields in the job offer under the Assignment info section

Now when I am creating a job offer for a candidate, Functions and sub-functions fields have to be filled automatically from the requisition value

I have created an auto-complete rule but it's not working, please provide the steps to archive this requirement.
