Duplicated nodes in "Organization" field in Job Requisition structure

Hi Team,
we entered an Organization Tree for our customer, however the correspondence is displaying for "Organization" field in Job Requisition structure seems not working correctly:



Could you please share your experience?
What about the cause of this issue?
How can we fix without reentering manually the tree?
