Transfer Grade Steps in oracle workforce compensation

Summary:

We are having a WFC plan, where we need to propose only a new grade step and transfer the plan. The employee currently has a grade step and a grade ladder mapped to him. We start the plan and the current grade ladder and step is seen on the worksheet. We are selecting the proposed grade step from the column .We try to transfer , there are no dates/details on any train stop and the posting error summary report shows success. But we do not find the change in the grade step on the employment page.

How to transfer Grade steps alone using Workforce compensation
