How to give access to specific HSDL for business team?

Hi Team,
In our project, we have a business requirement to grant access to few HSDLs for the business team. Per our knowledge, these HSDLs can be accessed by anyone with the Human Capital Management Integration Specialist role. However, this is a super role, and assigning it to the business team would grant access to many other functionalities as well.
We followed the steps given in https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/tutorial-hsdl-configure-access/#task_one. But this did not work in our case. This is an urgent requirement in Prod.
