Enter Requisition Line 24C - Unable to select Agreement

When using Enter Requisition Line, I can see the correct list of Agreements for the item being requested (see attached). However, when I select the needed BPA (1243), it does not populate. The Agreement field shows blank. The correct unit of measure (NT) does populate, but that is it.

I did run the “ESS job to create index definition and perform Initial Ingest to OSCS” with the parameter value fa-prc-pa. What else am I missing? I don’t have this issue in Classic SSP for the same scenario. I also don’t have issues in RSSP if I select this item from the catalog search (see attached). Any guidance is appreciated.
