Issue with some users unable to access Redwood Page - Index Issue

Summary: We observed an Issue where certain Users were unable to access Redwood Page which was enabled in our environment. They would continue to see Responsive Page even the Redwood Profile option was turned on.

We found that EL Expression on the Redwood Pages Refer to the Condition where Person Index is available for the logged in User. EL Expression used in Structure for the Widget checks for (HcmFusePlusBean.loggedOnUserExcludedForIndexNameMap['fa-hcm-person'])

How can we mitigate this Issue going forward as we transition to Redwood Pages Holistically ? Are any enhancements planned in future releases in this regard. We can continue to run into cases where certain users may not have been fully indexed & would face Issues accessing Redwood Page.
