Interview Style button causes an exception

I'm finding in the 18B Policy Modeler that the Interview Style button is causing an exception on all of my projects.

The exception says ' Unhandled exception has occured in your application....... Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

Anyone know what causes this?

 

On the exception Details button I get:
