Export to Excel does not work through My Client Groups > Payroll > Review Journal Entries

Summary:

Going through My Client groups > Payroll > Review Journal Entries, do a search and get results. Click on the export to excel and receive An error occurred. Contact your help desk. (FND-2).

We are able to export to excel when going through Receivables > Accounts Receivables > Review Journal Entries, with the exact same search and results

I've tried adding different permissions and nothing seems to be fixing this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
