Taleo Pre-Onboarding task configuration

Hello experts,

We are creating a Pre-Onboarding task and would like to get your insights on the following setup.

We have a total of six tasks as outlined below:

  1. Police check (Marked for candidate)
  2. Identification (Marked for candidate)
  3. Reference Check (Third party)
  4. Police check reference number (Recruiter task)
  5. Offer Acceptance
  6. Clearance to Hire

In step 5, the 'Offer Acceptance' task, we would like to determine if it's feasible to configure an application task that can read the status of the offer acceptance by the candidate. For example, if the candidate ‘XYZ’ has received an offer, we would like to read the candidate's response at this step and decide whether to proceed to step 6 or terminate the process.
