How to trigger the ingestion job?

Summary:

I am trying to configure Service Request Similarity feature on demo environment:

For this i have been following the below article:

I am able to get this configuration and shcdule a ingestion job.

But the issue is ingestion job never gets triggered.

As seen in below screenshot, it is scheduled for 30 mins but it is stuck for 19th July itself.
