Onboarding Journey delay or Journey Notification sending out time change

Summary:

For new hires system generates username 1 day before hire date(username = employee number), on hire date at 03:00 AM username is replaced with real username, but we have issue with onboarding notifications, they all must be reassign once more because username has changed.

Is there any option to send out all journey notification lets say at 07:00 in the morning ?

Or what solution you suggest for us?
