Issue with Receipt Requirement in Expense Report Template for Specific Item

Hi,

I have defined a receipt requirement in the expense report template for a specific item, such as an eye test, with a threshold amount of $30. The expectation is that any expense report created for this item with an amount exceeding $30 should enforce the receipt requirement.

However, I have noticed that when creating an expense report for the eye test item with an amount greater than $30, for example, $40, there are no restrictions or prompts enforcing the receipt requirement.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to ensure that the receipt requirement is enforced for amounts exceeding the defined threshold?
