Supply location Mismatch between sales order line and fulfillment lines

Hi,

Recently we encountered the following issue with regards to Sales Order. On sales order we provide Warehouse before submitting the order for approval. But once approved, fulfillment lines are generated with supply location different from order line.

This creates problem in fulfillment of orders. What might be the reason for this.?
