Is there any functionality in system to restrict wrong category of goal during goal alignment as of?

Summary:

When an employee aligns goal with manager goal in goal alignment, he can align it to what so ever goal he wants to align. There is currently no restriction in system to such activity. Is there any functionality in system to restrict employee to align goal with category not similar to manager goal category to which he tries to align.
