Approval notification to trigger back in goals feasibility check

Summary:

We have a rule below:

employee submits goals approval goes to Matrix Manager»Line Manager

If matrix matrix manager rejects the approval the notification should be triggered to line manager as well.

Some one please let me know if it is feasible to send notification to the Line Manager if matrix manager rejects the approval
