Changing Retro Cut off date dynamically

Summary: We have an option to set it up an retro cut off date under the Process configuration group. However, the client requirement is, to change the retro cut off date dynamically month on month as client wants to process last one year only to process retro. So, every month the retro cut off date should be incrementally changed on every payroll cycle.

How would it be achieved in the HCM Payroll cloud ?
