How is the selection is done when we select more than 500 employees in a Talent Review

Hello,

In the Review Population section of a Talent Review Meeting, if we select a criterion that corresponds to more than 500 employees, and knowing that the display limit is 500, we want to know the logic and calculation the tool uses to select the employees displayed.

For example, I have 1500 employees with the management level “Technical Non Exempt” in the Organization, and the system displays 500. How these 500 are selected out of 1500 ?

This will help us specify other criteria to search for the remaining 1000 and include them.

As you can see on the screenshot, the system selects employees from different locations, and we don't think it's a selection by alphabetical order, because it goes all the way up to the letter Z, choosing employees from different locations for each letter.

Howdy, Stranger!
