Is it possible to create single parent subscription for same customer having multiple inventory OSR?

Summary

There is a customer that has multiple inventory locations to be served, however the bill to site will be same. For each inventory OSR, different account is created and then we create different subscription to serve different inventory and for all these subscriptions the bill to site will be same.

Business wants to know if it is possible to create one single subscription with all these different inventory (accounts), as the billing (bill to site) is going to same site.
