Email P45 Print Password

Summary:

We recently switched on emailing P45's - all working ok, but we now have reports of people trying to print them locally from the email and being requested for a second password. The default DOB password to open the P45 from the email does not work in this next step of printing.

Is there a config step we have missed? We are just using seeded functionality, nothing extra other than body text in the email
