We have users who are unable to view terminated work relationships in Redwood Pages

Summary: We have users in our HRIS area who are unable to view terminated workers on certain admin pages. A couple of our users have the filter "View Terminated Work Relationships" on pages like payslips, but our HRIS managers and HRIS Director do not have these capabilities which does not make any sense since they have more security access and privileges compared to our analysts. Pages this has been seen on:

- View Pay slips
-Seniority Dates
-Payroll Relationships (My Client Groups > Payroll Relationships)
-Document Record

Also now experiencing these same users unable to see any payroll elements (my client groups > show more > elements)
