Is there a suggested way to grab external pricing from CPQ to OCC to show on Product Listing Pages?

Summary:

We currently are working on a CPQ integration and are struggling with a way to manage pricing in 2 different places: CPQ and OCC.

We are able to get prices perfectly fine on the product page when users click "configure" when using this OOTB, but I am trying to find a way to display a price of each model on our product listing pages and have them come from CPQ since all the pricing is organized there. It's weird to me that pricing would come from CPQ but in order to display the price on a PLP page, it would have to be grabbed from the OCC Catalog, making us have to keep track of pricing in 2 different places.
