Employee Referral Bonus to be autopopulated

Summary:

I have created a new 'Employee referral amount' DFF on Job Req details page. I would like the 'Employee Referral Bonus' field which is on the Job req details page (seeded field) value to get autopopulated into the custom DFF I created. Can anyone suggest?
