Candidate cannot re-enter the Request More Information URL, after first submission.

Summary:

We are using the Request More Information flow, to ask for Right to work information. We have had instances where the candidate has not submitted enough, and we have asked them to submit more information, but they cannot re enter via the link. and we have to manually work around this. Is there a way to make the link enabled for multiple entries.
