Is it possible to setup a probation date end alerts with resource worker?

Summary: We have a requirement to send alert to line manager and employee when the probation endate is reaching as per the below criteria. I could not find any option to setup alert for probation end date for resource worker as oracle advises not to use emp.

1) An alert at 2-months from probation date.
2) An alert at 30-days from probation date.
3) An alert on the day of probation end date
Alerts apply to all employees.
