We are trying to implement UK Statutory Sick Leave but encounters an issue with balance deduction

We are trying to implement UK Statutory Sick Leave but encounters an issue with balance deduction. The Sick absence type has two plans - one is Occupational and the other is Statutory. The priority is set such that Occupational is higher than Statutory because we wanted the Occupational balance to be used up first before an Employee can use the Statutory. However, when an Employee files for Sickness, we see that it is showing as Used under Statutory but not in Occupational.
