Editing Qual/Licence name on existing Talent profile records

Summary:

Hi there,

Could someone please assist as to how we can make the Qualifications field 'editable' for existing records on an employees Talent Profile?

We have the issue where an employee adds an attachment under the name of the incorrect licence name. Currently the Learning Specialist has to download the attachment, delete incorrect record, add correct licence record, update details and attach downloaded copy. Having the capability to simply edit the licence name would save a lot of wasted administrative time.
