Element's contribution to a Balance using Oracle HCM Extract

We have to create a Report where:

1. We need to group by and sum up the run result values for each EARNING ELEMENT across all employees who were processed by the Payrun.
2. We need to group by and sum up the run result values for around 10 BALANCES across all employees who were processed by the Payrun.
3. We need to check if the EARNING ELEMENT is feeding each of these 10 BALANCES. If Yes then find how much that element is contributing to that particular Balance.

Is this Report possible to achieve using an HCM Extract.
If Yes, then would it by performance intensive considering there are 65000 Active Employees and around 300 Earning Elements
