Greetings!

This issue is about the error in payroll processing as mentioned below-

A system error ORA-20001: Tax deduction information isn't available for the employee. Details: You must have a tax deduction card assigned to the employee as on the Process Date of the payroll run or QuickPay. Associate the card to the tax

The details for tax deduction card ( calculation card and card association) looks to be good. And there is no issue showing up on the diagnostics.

If anyone has found solution for such error -please share the details.
