Restrict Organization field in job requisition based on the recruiter's legal employer

Summary:

Hello,

We are currently implementing oracle recruiting cloud.

We have restricted the job requisitions visibility to recruiter's based on the organization they are in.

However, when the recruiter is creating a job requisition and adding an organization, he can see all the division, enterprise, department and business unit as shown below:

Is there a way so that the recruiter can add only his organization?

Note that the person is from division "Panagora Marketing Ltd" and should see only Panagora , but he is able to see Avipro and others.

Can you please advise?
