how to calculate the custom rate for sick leave deduction

Summary: There is a requirement to deduct the sick leave as per the UAE local labor law for which we have created qualification absence and integrated the sick leave element to it. Also we have associated a Rate to the plan and defined qualification matrix based on the sick leave slab rate, basis of that, it should the calculate the deduction.

how would it be achieved as per the below calculation in the Rate definitions?

Per day salary = Monthly Gross Salary/Month days

if its July month = monthly gross salary/31

if its jun month = monthly gross salary/30
