requisition skill to be made mandatory

Hi Team,

we would like to make requisition skill mandatory while creating a requisition. while using design studio we made fields mandatory but we wanted section to be made mandatory means minimum one skill to be mandatory

1. Auto complete dont have option to make section mandatory or add validation
2. Design studio also have same issue
