Not able to edit fields name after enabling Redwood UI

Hi Team,

I'm trying to edit fields name like Business Unit, Grade etc for Employement Info page but not able to find edit option after enabling Redwood UI for Employement Info page as well as Hire an Employee Page.

If anyone has done changes using VB, please guide and help in editing the names.
