ODA Response - Open URL within response in new window

Summary:

Hello - We have an ODA response that uses an a href tag to link the user out to a website. The challenge we are facing is that this new window isn't full size and would like to open it in a new full sized tab. We tried using various forms of syntax with the target property but the behavior is always the same. Has anyone ever tried this before?
