Can we auto populate Item, Supplier and Business Unit Filed in a Non-catalog Requisition

To clarify whether Purchasing Smart Forms can be more directly connected to non-catalog requisitions.

SDP wants to know is there any possibility of auto-connecting smart forms that are tied to Contract Purchase Agreements with "Automatic Sourcing" turned on; with the non-catalog requisitions so the appropriate filters apply without the need for first selecting a Request Form.

Alternatively, if there is a way to set category code limitations on the Contract Purchase Agreements itself, that would also help resolve our issue of tracking various vendor contracts spending.
