My Receipts (New) tile is not becoming available under Procurement

Summary:

I have created a role and added the responsive self service receiving privilege and added to the user. however, My Receipts (New) tile is not becoming available under procurement. I read one of the support note Fusion: RCV: My Receipts (New) Tile Adding Under Procurement Workarea (Doc ID 3021446.1), wanted to clarify, if we need to set up the sandbox for My Receipts (New) tile to be appear under procurement. I have enabled the responsive requisition and that came up under procurement without any sandbox set up.
