Unable to put sysdate in between effectiveFrom and effectiveTo dates filter in TaxRegistrationPVO

Summary:

Unable to put sysdate in between effectiveFrom and effectiveTo dates filter in TaxRegistrationPVO

The requirement is in order management extensions to get RegistrationNumber from TaxRegistrationPVO using Groovy script and populate and EFF field at OM header level.

Able to get RegistrationNumber from TaxRegistrationPVO with PartyTaxProfileId as filter condition.

Customer need to add an extra filter condition to fetch only matching records where sysdate is in between effectivefrom and effective to dates for Tax Registration numbers.To get only active Registration Number.
