HDL Error when uploading second manager as Dotted Line

Summary:

Dear Team,

We keep getting 2 error message with the HDL upload of new managers.

In our scenario, an employee has a Line Manager and now they want to have a Dotted Line Manager.

But when we upload the HDL to add the new Dotted Line Manager, we keep getting these 2 following error messages:

"The corresponding date effective record in the WorkTerms for date 2023-06-01, action MANAGER_CHANGE, and effective sequence 1 is missing for the Assignments.

Work terms records are required when you create or update assignments."

We checked that both the employee and dotted line manager had a work relationship start date that is prior to 2023.
