Excel Report Error

Hi experts,

we are trying to upload a ready excel file as a Report, but we continue to receive the following error message when trying to view it.
We have already used the Excel 97-2003 Workbook binary format (*.xls), as suggested, but still having the same issue.
We have associated it to a dummy data model which is also used to upload static reports such as .pdf formats where we have successfully done it.
The problem is related to excel files.

Please let us know on how to proceed.
