Requirement for Creating a Business Unit Field in Expense Submission Page

Summary:

Currently,while submitting the expense the "Templates" field lists all the templates for various business units. But we need addition of a new field called "Business Unit." so that the, users will be able to select a specific business unit, and only the templates associated with that selected business unit will be displayed in the "Templates" field.
