How to add an option to Exit Conversation after each response or flow?

As per business requirement, we are checking feasibility to add an option after each flow ends. This option will help users to navigate to the initial options for all skills displayed on the ODA.

example: 'Exit Conversation and view assistant help' displayed in below screenshot.

Want to know if we can add this exit option or other similar button after each response or flow and how to steps for such change.
