Is there a way to have benefits life events trigger for HDL and HSDL loads?

Summary: We realized that data loaded with HDL and HSDL (terminations, salary changes) are not triggering benefits life events, while the same action done manually does trigger the LE. I have seen several questions of this nature, and some suggest setting 'ENABLE_INCREMENTAL_LOAD_EVENTS' to YES, while others say that still does not work. Most of these were older questions from 2020 - 2022. Has Oracle made any changes that will allow benefits life events to trigger with HDL and HSDL loads, or is the only current solution to run the process to Assign Corrective Potential Life Event
