Unable to see absence quick actions in redwood my team ellipses

Summary:

Hi There,

We have enabled redwood absence for ESS and MSS. However, for MSS is not showing absence quick actions in ellipses.

Please find screenshots from TEST where redwood is enabled for absence and DEV instance its not.

Please advise .
