HDL file caused the record to clear out the Default Expense Code
Summary:
Hi Experts,
We had an issue with Default Expense Code issue being not populated.
Scenario:
>I mass uploaded our 2023 Talent Rating (DFF) via HDL. These were loaded on May 1, 2024 with data effective date 12/30/2023 to 12/31/2023.
> Something from this HDL file caused the record to clear out the Default Expense Code Combination field on the Assignment for record effective 1/1/2024
>On 06/14/2024, I mass uploaded Grade via HDL. The Default Expense Account data got repopulated but I did not include this field in the HDL Dat file.
> Last week 7/25, in the attempt to fix this and mass update Default Expense Account for the 1/1/2024 record, I mass uploaded the Default Expense via HDL. Again, the Default Expense Code was cleared out for all the subsequent assignment records, 2/1/2024, 6/11/2024 .
