We are testing Bill only PR/PO. Enabled required opt in feature. Validated special handling attributes for headers (Context-Bill Only context for header)

Updated profile option

ORA_POR_SHOW_DFF_BY_DEFAULT_IN_PWA to Yes

Create PR using RSSP but not able see DFF created for special handling bill only context
